(Still) knitting autumn coulours!

Because Christmas is a whole month away, and Advent does not begin until Sunday, I want to show you three shawls I've made, inspired by beautiful autumn coulours.
First, Brown-Eyed Susan in Juno.  My choice of colours: green, brown and violet, allude to the Swedish children's books about Tant Grön, Tant Brun och Tant Gredelin.  Each of the main characters always wears the same colours: green (the lady who loves gardening), brown (the lady you'll find baking in the kitchen ) and violet - the lady who  sits in her drawing-room, embroidering (is she my alter ego?).

Next we have Shaelyn, in a range of Artesano that I got as a welcoming gift at a very enjoyable work shop with Jean Moss.
At last, my seventh (I think!) Traveling Woman, which I nicknamed "Trois Forêts" (Three Forests), to honour my new address. The yarn, Townhouse Yarms Camden Tweed,  shifts in different hues of dark green mixed with brown, just as the woods around me now. I recently bought the yarn in a very nice shop in Bath, A Yarn Story
